Friends for several years, Eric and Samuel first partnered in a very modest real estate transaction. They were not far removed from the MBA program at the University of Alabama and were eager to “do a deal” together. They found the opportunity, did their due diligence, and achieved their goals in the transaction. Through this process, they learned that they worked very well together, had complimentary skill sets and enjoyed closing deals. From that point forward, they began and developed their individual careers, planning to use that experience to partner in a much larger endeavor down the road.
